Mission
To produce humane health care providers from diverse groups of people to meet future primary health care needs, having virtues of dignity and humanity with an appreciation of the social sciences. Special emphasis is placed on promoting critical reasoning, self-directed and lifelong learning with competencies to research, communicate, and lead efficiently. Integrated, community – oriented, and evidence-based teaching will enable students to collaborate within the healthcare industry for better patient outcomes.
